Dromana Renovation

This coastal renovation in Dromana was a perfect blend of practical reworking and elevated design. The brief was clear – reimagine the home to better suit the owners’ lifestyle while working within a defined budget. Through smart planning and lots of communication we reconfigured internal walls to add an ensuite, navigated complex plumbing and overhauled the kitchen layout for improved flow and function.

Engineered timber floors throughout provide warmth and connection. Custom cabinetry and concealed storage enhance the overall feel of simplicity and intention, while natural timbers and sharp grey tiling bring a touch of luxury to the bathrooms. The kitchen, bright and minimal, is anchored by clean lines and quality finishes that will last.

Outside, new front and rear decking extend the living space and add to the home’s overall street presence. Finished in time for the family to host Christmas lunch, the build reflects what we’re known for: thoughtful craftsmanship, constant communication and no compromises on quality.
