Fitzroy Residence

Recommended by the client’s architect, we came on board to deliver a high-end transformation within an existing structure. The scope included a new kitchen, custom fireplace and feature joinery, a sculptural staircase with minimalist balustrade and upgrades to the living area – all completed while the client remained living onsite.

Early into the build, an unexpected structural wall was uncovered, requiring quick thinking and smart design adjustments to keep the project moving. As the renovation evolved, the client chose to add further elements, which we integrated seamlessly into the timeline and finishes. Preserving the original exposed red brick walls was essential, with great care taken to ensure they remained a defining feature of the space.

The end result is a home that feels grounded and architecturally cohesive, with layered textures, refined materials and quality craftsmanship evident in every detail.
